System Roles

1. Introduction
Kyytiin operates with a role-based system to ensure proper access control and functionality across the platform. This document outlines the different user roles and their respective permissions and responsibilities.
2. User Roles
Regular User
Regular users are the primary participants in the Kyytiin platform. All registered users start with this role by default.
Permissions and Capabilities:
- Create and manage personal trips (offers and requests)
- Join trips offered by other users
- Claim trip requests
- Register and manage vehicle information
- Configure transport services (passengers, goods, documents, pets)
- Send and receive messages with other users
- Invite friends and earn referral points
- Join or create companies
- Access personal dashboard and statistics
Super Admin
Super Administrators have full access to the platform's administrative features and system management capabilities.
Permissions and Capabilities:
- All regular user permissions
- Manage user accounts (activate/deactivate users)
- Manage company accounts
- Manage location data (countries, states, cities)
- Review and manage feedback submissions
- Access administrative dashboard and system statistics
- View platform-wide analytics and reports
Note: Super Admin status is granted by the platform administrators and cannot be self-assigned.
3. Company Roles
Within companies, users can have different roles that determine their permissions within that organization.
Company Owner
The user who creates a company becomes the company owner.
- Full control over company settings and information
- Invite and remove company members
- Manage company trips and vehicles
- Transfer ownership (if applicable)
Company Member
Users who are invited and join a company.
- Participate in company trips
- Access company dashboard and information
- Collaborate with other company members
4. Role Assignment
Role assignment is managed as follows:
- Regular User: Automatically assigned upon registration
- Super Admin: Assigned by platform administrators only
- Company Roles: Determined by company owners when inviting members
5. Community Guidelines and System Rules
To maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users, Kyytiin has established the following community guidelines and system rules. Violations of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban from the platform.
5.1 Respecting Others
All users must treat others with respect and professionalism:
- Use courteous and professional language in all communications
- Respect other users' time, privacy, and personal boundaries
- Be honest and transparent about your travel plans and services
- Communicate clearly and promptly with trip partners
- Resolve disputes professionally and report issues to administrators when needed
- Do not engage in harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior
- Respect cultural differences and maintain an inclusive environment
5.2 Trip Cancellation Policy
Automatic Ban Rule: Users who cancel confirmed trips twice (2 times) will be automatically banned from the platform.
This rule applies to:
- Trip offers cancelled after passengers have joined
- Trip requests cancelled after being claimed by a driver
- Join requests cancelled after being confirmed
- Claim cancellations after confirmation
Important Notes:
- The cancellation count is tracked across all your trips
- Cancelling trips that haven't been confirmed/booked does not count toward this limit
- If you cancel a trip once, you will receive a warning notification
- After the second cancellation, your account will be permanently banned
- Banned accounts cannot be reactivated except through an appeal process with administrators
Please only create or accept trips that you are committed to completing.
5.3 Inappropriate Language and Content Monitoring
AI-Powered Content Monitoring: Kyytiin uses automated artificial intelligence (AI) systems to monitor all messages and communications on the platform for inappropriate language and content.
The AI system automatically detects:
- Profanity, offensive language, and inappropriate words
- Harassment, threats, or abusive language
- Discriminatory or hate speech
- Sexually explicit or inappropriate content
- Spam, scams, or fraudulent communication
Enforcement:
- Users found using inappropriate language will be automatically banned from the platform
- The AI system analyzes messages in real-time and flags violations immediately
- Banned users cannot create new accounts or access the platform
- All communications are subject to monitoring to ensure platform safety
Please communicate respectfully and professionally at all times. Remember that all messages are monitored to protect our community.
5.4 Additional Responsibilities
All users, regardless of role, are expected to:
- Comply with the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
- Maintain accurate profile and vehicle information
- Report any suspicious activity or violations to administrators
- Use the platform responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws
- Protect personal information and respect others' privacy
- Complete trips as agreed and communicate any changes promptly
